Representative Performance Management

In order to deliver the right training and to ensure our customer sales goals are reached it is important we constantly assess representative performance. Innovex uses a system called Innsight as our field coaching platform focusing on qualitative measurement of an individuals selling and professional skills. It also allows managers to regularly asses performance of representatives and benchmark them, over time, within their teams in a highly visible and impactful way so that progress can be tracked and training tailored.
