Health Management Services Clinical Nurse Educators:
Initiating Treatment for Overlooked Type II Diabetes Patients
For a top five pharmaceutical company, our team of Certified Diabetes Educators was able to reach 10,000 primary care physicians. The program helped health care providers identify and initiate treatment for 513,848 untreated or uncontrolled type 2 diabetes patients who would benefit from a patient management program.
We also facilitated patient education programs that enhanced their understanding of diabetes management and the importance of following treatment regimens.
