About the Career Center

The Innovex career center is the first step in the Innovex hiring process for all positions and is designed to let you find and apply for a position online.

Where to Start

To make your decision to pursue employment at Innovex an informed one, we suggest following these steps:

  1. Go to Find Your Perfect Job to specify the position and region you are interested in.
  2. When you find a position that interests you, apply online.
The Hiring Process

During the online application process you will be asked to complete a series of questions about your education and work experiences.

Please be prepared to describe your work history for your past three positions. You will also be asked to provide an electronic copy of your resume.

Profiles

You create a profile by specifying preferences for position and region. You can create and save multiple profiles with different preferences. Once you create a profile, we’ll display a position list with the positions that match your preferences. For each position, you can view a detailed position description and see which preferences the position matches.

Job Cart

When you find the position you are looking for, add it to your Job Cart. You can add up to five positions to your Job Cart. The order in which the positions are displayed indicates your order of preference. So, the first position in the list is the primary position for which you will be considered. You can apply for up to five positions.

Applying for a Position

Once you find a position that suits your needs, we ask you to provide:

  • A user name and password
  • Basic contact information (first and last name, address, and so forth)
  • Information about your background and experiences
  • Optionally, an electronic copy of your resume
  • Optionally, demographic information
  • Optionally, your feedback regarding the online application
To ensure we get the most complete and accurate information, please complete all sections of the online application. However, if you cannot complete the online process in one session, click Save & Exit to log off. You can use your user name and password to log on to the Career Center later. 

Your User Name and Password

Before you begin the online application we ask you to provide a user name and password of your choice. You use your user name and password to:

Log off the site. You can click Save & Exit on any page and the information you specified up to that point is saved. If your application is not complete, you can log on to the Career Center and finish where you left off. If you completed the application, you can modify your personal information (for example, your phone number or e-mail address).

Update your profile and job cart. We urge you to visit this Career Center frequently to keep your profile updated with your latest interests. When you log on, you can create new profiles and update your job cart with new positions. Remember, you can apply for up to five positions. 

Forgetting Your User Name and/or Password

If you forget your user name and/or password, use the Forgot Your Password link in the Returning Users box to tell us your e-mail address. We’ll send you an e-mail with the information you need. 

Browser Specifications

To best view the information on the Career Center, use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher or Netscape 4.75 or higher. Netscape 6.0 and 6.1 are not recommended. Also, set your screen resolution to 800x600.
