Led by Tony Yost, the Innovex U.S. leadership team includes experienced individuals with the expertise to truly understand the commercial challenges facing both pharmaceutical and biotech companies. These high-performing leaders have the depth and breadth of knowledge across multiple geographies and therapeutic areas to work consultatively with customers to ensure that both the right sales solution is developed and effectively implemented.

Tony Yost – President, Innovex N.A.
   

Tony joined Innovex North America in 2003 bringing more than 22 years of pharmaceutical management experience and expertise. Tony is responsible for the US Commercial Services Division of Quintiles Transnational Corp and also serves on the Innovex Global Commercialization Executive Committee which is responsible for leading the world wide strategy for Innovex.

Prior to joining Innovex, Tony worked at Schering-Plough as the Vice President of the Acute Coronary Syndromes Business Unit. During his 5 years at Schering Plough, Tony also served as a General Manager of a European subsidiary and was responsible for Schering’s US Managed Care group. His breadth of experience also includes a number of positions of increasing responsibility at Eli Lilly and Company, as well as Boehringer Mannheim. Tony began his career as a sales representative and progressed to roles in Marketing and Market Research, Public Affairs, Sales Operations and Sales Management.

Tony earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Purdue University. He has completed a variety of management training courses including the Harvard University Negotiation Skills course and American Management Association courses in Strategic Planning, Financial Management and Critical Thinking. He is the recipient of numerous academic and pharmaceutical industry awards, including the Eli Lilly President’s Award and the William S. Bucke Leadership Award from Purdue University.

Neil Ferguson - Vice President, Sales and Operations, Innovex US 
  

Neil began his career as a sales representative over 20 years ago and has worked with world-leading pharmaceutical companies including Pfizer and GlaxoSmithKline. He also has served as a senior executive for UK-based home healthcare and medical device companies.

Neil earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Applied Biological Sciences at Bristol, UK. Neil joined the company in 1997 and has served in positions of increasing responsibility – including Managing Director, Quintiles, Greater China. He now leads all Sales and Operations for Innovex US, working closely with both Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies to ensure that the best methodologies, systems and performance management operations are in place to provide consistent delivery of project-specific key sales performance measurements.

Stewart Rosen - Vice President, Medical and Health Management Services
    

As Vice President of Medical and Health Management Services for Innovex, Dr. Stewart H. Rosen focuses on developing strategic alternatives to traditional pharmaceutical sales models. He oversees the management, training and deployment of Clinical Educators and Medical Science Liaisons who help prescribers facilitate diagnoses, improve treatment regimens, enhance patient compliance and improve outcomes.

Prior to joining Quintiles in 2000, Dr. Rosen’s industry experience included management positions at Knoll Pharmaceutical Company with responsibilities in the areas of medical marketing, managed care, government affairs and retail distribution. Dr. Rosen also has experience as a practicing clinician, in the area of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Dr. Rosen earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, Mexico and completed his clerkship at Jamaica Hospital in Queens, New York. He presents regularly at national industry meetings and lectures on the topic of Alternatives to Traditional Pharmaceutical Sales Models.

Navigating the constantly changing and complex territory of medical and health management is complemented by Dr. Rosen’s experience as a ship’s captain. Dr. Rosen is licensed by the United States Coast Guard as a Merchant Marine Officer: 100 Ton Master Ocean Operator.

Bill Hauer - Vice President, Sales    

Bill joined Innovex North America in 2004 bringing more than 20 years of pharmaceutical experience in sales and marketing. Bill is responsible for Innovex CSO, field sales.

Prior to joining Innovex, Bill worked in the outsourced commercial services industry for 3 years, most notably with Torre Lazur McCann as a vice president within their managed care division. Bill also worked at Schering Plough for 17 years starting as a Sales Representative and progressing to District Trainer, Hospital Sales Specialist, District Sales Manager, Regional Sales Director, Managed Care Sales Director and Director of Marketing.

Bill has earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Bernard Baruch College of the City University of New York. He has completed a variety of management training courses including Stanford Management Training and Harvard University Negotiation Skills. He is the recipient of various pharmaceutical industry awards including the inaugural Quintiles Presidents award for 2006.

Ken Budesa - Vice President, Finance    

Ken has over 8 years with Innovex in various financial management positions – currently charged with oversight and control of all Finance functions; including purchasing, payables, receivables, expense reimbursement, budgeting and reporting, facilities and more. He has over 22 years of experience dealing with national sales forces. Prior to joining Innovex, he worked 14 years for a specialty lighting manufacturer in a variety of positions with increasing responsibility, ultimately as Controller.

Mary Herbert - Senior Director, Human Resources  
 

Mary brings more than 18 years of Human Resources experience and expertise. Prior to Innovex, Mary led her own HR consulting firm, Workforce Strategies, where she most recently worked with Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi Aventis and Novartis over the last three years. Her assignments and projects include serving as an interim HR Leader, developing organization & leadership programs, designing and implementing compensation strategies, and creating initiatives to support talent management and diversity programs. Prior to these experiences, Mary held HR Leadership roles in organizations such as Lucent, Allied Signal, Philip Morris & Pitney Bowes.
