Dedicated Sales Teams
We can support your existing teams by building a dedicated sales team, managed by an experienced Innovex manager, who will specifically focus on selling a single product or a range of your products. Alternatively, you can manage the team internally and fully integrate it into your internal organisation, without making the long-term commitment that would be necessary if you hired the sales representatives directly.
Syndicated / Shared Sales Teams
Our syndicated teams provide you with the opportunity to purchase one or two detailing positions per team, promoting non-competing pharmaceutical products. This gives you greater flexibility and cost-efficiency, allowing full utilisation of experienced and established teams of Innovex representatives without committing to the full cost of a project sales team.
Vacancy Management
Today it is more important than ever to ensure that all your territories are comprehensively covered at all times. To this end, we can provide sales professionals to cover extended periods of leave of six months or more, such as maternity/sick leave, internal secondments, headcount freeze, etc.
Alternatively, you may wish to evaluate new representatives in the field before committing to hire them permanently. They can start out as Innovex employees, receiving a full measure of Innovex training, before moving onto your direct headcount (if you choose to hire them) after 12 months.
