Innovex at Work in Japan

We are the first outsourcing company operating in Japan granted a license from the Medical Representative Training Center. We run our own Assessment Center where customers can check the suitability of their current and future MRs. Our licensed MRTC program ensures that all MRs we certify become fully-qualified professionals.

Our MRTC license means we are the only non-pharmaceutical company qualified to train "inexperienced" MRs.

We also develop and produce client-specific product training materials and courses. Our parent company, Quintiles Transnational, has underscored our long-term commitment to Japan by founding this country's first comprehensive pharmaceutical training center, the Quintiles Academy. The Academy curricula are based on unique Innovex programs, which are specifically-tailored to the needs of MRs and other pharmaceutical company employees in Japan.

Training courses we offer include: MRTC Training and Qualification, MR Testing and Assessment, Time Management, Selling Skills, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills, Product & Marketing Manager Training, and Data Presentation, among others.
